reflected throughout, and well appreciated by me on the receiving end !
For starters, they included generous portions of side sauces, doubling and tripling the containers of each one I'd requested... thats kind of unheard of... cuz like... who wants to run out of sauce!? The worst!! IYKYK!
Preparer also took the extra time to wrap the veggies that come with the platter in a separate foil package .. doing so prevented the celery and carrot sticks from arriving wilted and soggy!
Even the presentation/arrangement of the items showed neatness and organization.
In my opinion the steps taken showed the preparer took pride in doing a quality job and is thorough AF . I was impressed before I even took a bite.
Food was good, too... Especially seeing as this was a late night order, which are often (sadly) slapped together when staff are scrambling to get out of their shift at the end of the night! NOT THIS ONE. NOT TONIGHT. : ) "

"We loved the 48. Adas Rice with Chicken and the 21. Platter for 2. The platter had plenty of food for us and as delicious. All of the meat was really flavorful, juicy, and well seasoned.
The beef kebab consisted of ground beef with lots of herbs and onion and it was juicy and packed with flavor. The chicken was grilled to perfection and marinated with a saffron seasoning. Impressively, it was also juicy and not at all dry.
The platter came with a generous portion of saffron rice. The adas rice was rice cooked with lentils and a couple raisins (I think). The adas rice was savory with a bit of a tangy sweet touch. With the lentils, it had a softer consistency than the saffron rice, which had more bite to it. Both were terrific and great even on their own, without the meat. The 1. Homemade Hummus and 9. Shirazi salad were also amazing. I have to get these sides every time- they're done really well and hit the spot. They really add to the overall flavors of the meal."
