"I picked up my order 15 minutes before the actual pick up time and my food was already pretty cold. My Black Bean Chalupa Supreme taco shell was pretty undercooked and not crispy at all. Which I don't mind because I don't want it to be overly crispy but there was no crunch whatsoever.
My crunchy tacos were overly coated with cheese (I didn't ask for extra cheese), which made them stick to the paper packaging it comes in. Very inconveniencing experience overall with the food I bought and was a subpar order.
To sum it up, the food was made decently, the food was fresh but it wasn't impressive by any means and that says a lot because other locations are much better at the things I have critiques on in this review."

"The turkey egg and cheese on the multi grain was good. The iced hazelnut coffee was so bitter, it had no sugar I believe and it was extremely dark. There was no option to add sugar and there was no option to add a note to the restaurant such as "add sugar or light and sweet". The hazelnut flavor doesn't pop, it has a bitter, cinnamon like taste.
