The missing side dishes was especially disappointing and made the meal feel incomplete. To make matters worse, I tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, but no one answered the phone.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience. While the steak was cooked properly, it did not match what was advertised, the order was incomplete, and the restaurant was unavailable to respond. I would not order from this restaurant again."

"Normally, I go to the location and order at the location. Yesterday 09/09/26, I ordered through DoorDash and picked it up. I ordered #7 Catfish(3) (I wish they would cut it filet style) but it's hot and fresh nonetheless; fries, coleslaw, hush puppies and 3 onion rings. The food was good as usual but the star of the show was them dang onion rings!!!! It was my first time eating them so maybe I was hungry or these onion rings are neck & neck with Sonic! However, I am a complete germaphobe. The usual guy putting the food together is super cool. I also don't appreciate the flies but the restaurant is clean. Just a few things I noticed that's an easy fix. WASH YOUR HANDS, BRO! It's too many germs out here!
