What REALLY disapppintment me was the noodles, any banh canh should be FRESH noodles if served at a restaurant... it came with the plasticy rubbery bag udon noddles. My daughtet literally said I'm going to warm this up because the noodles don't taste cooked, I told her they are they are just not fresh. I wanted this dish because of the fresh noodles and I am very disappointment. The restaurant description states they use FRESH ingredients, I get its hard to make an a lot of work but don't serve or offer if it is not fresh or authentically made."

The side salad pickled veggies are nice but I tend to find the tomatoes in their salads less appealing comparatively and can skip those. The hot food is where their chefs shine. The Grilled pork Spring Rolls were exquisite, my hot take is to swap the peanut dipping sauce for Nuoc Mam or fish sauce, and then add a bit of chili sauce for a light, vinegary, sweet and spicy dipping sauce. And then Wow! Brisket Pho was the comfort food I didn't know I needed! Huge portion sizes, fresh and flavorful broth, brisket, and amazing fresh add ons of basil, sprouts, jalapeños lime and more! Only suggestion is to find takeout containers that aren't plastic, as hot as that broth is, it's hard not to think about possible microplastics leeching into food.
