It had romaine and arugula, cherry tomatoes cut in half, fantastic little pitted black olives, red onion, flavorful crunchy croutons and a beautiful Italian dressing on the side. It was more than plentiful. The Giardiniera Ranch 2oz is wonderful although unnecessary. I'm keeping it to incorporate into my own salad tomorrow:-). I find I am always getting more than expected from Geno East. I think that is the secret for staying in business:-) recommend it wholeheartedly."
