One of the dashers left after waiting for about 20-25 minutes , then the dasher who was so kind to wait, waited over 35-40 minutes before my order was done. I called up to Big Randy's and the unpleasant lady answered the phone and said they were busy....she lied! There was only one person sitting at the bar and another person sitting at a table.

"The food is delicious but two of my dips (mango habañero and BBQ ranch) from the Party Pack Dips x 10 and my entire order of Large Cheese Fries 3PD were missing from my delivery. For both items to be $6ish and not be double checked before the DD driver picked up is crazy. They were the most costly part of my meal!
To my surprise, I actually liked the grilled 5pc Bites better than the hand breaded 5pc Bites (I ordered one of each). The dips I did receive were delicious but the least satisfying (to me) was the garlic parm - still good but not as good as the pickle ranch, teriyaki, BBQ, honey mustard, buffalo, and ranch dips. And the Pickles (4) are delightful! There are always at least 6 in the little container.
The food is good enough that I'll probably go back but not have it delivered since their quality control process is lacking."
