Picked up almost $70 worth of cold burgers and fries with absolutely no apologies from the store. Called store and spoke with manager, who said repeatedly that she has no control over it and gave me district manager's phone number. Upon speaking to him, he outright blamed me, the customer, for not picking up order sooner even though the app still an hour and a half later showed the store is still preparing the order. The Chicken Caesar Wrap was only bad because it got heated up with the chicken or sitting on top of the potato (I'm not sure) so the lettuce turned soggy and gross by the time I got it. I don't like warm Caesar wraps so that ruined it for me. The sweet potato fries were good. Everything was packaged well and the food was good. It's just the soggy lettuce that got me. I will also say the Caesar dressing got soaked in and I wish it had come with a side of dressing because it did lack flavor because of that. "So, this is very fresh. The chicken wings are needless to say "bomb." The fries are cooked all the way through. I would definitely order again because of the wings. They are saucy, delicious, and biting into them, you get the light crispy outside, and the meat "is not dry." It's flavorful, definitely desirable on a self care day. And the portion size is lovely. My Side Chickpea Salad was okay. Not bad but not great. Didn't taste fresh and didn't have really any flavor. Probably wouldn't order it again tbh. I really liked the Flat Cut Chicken Kabob Plate I just wish there wasn't so many cartilage pieces within the chicken as I'm a picker eater when it comes to meat. I understand not everyone is as picky as me but if there was an option to have very clean pieces of meat for an extra charge I would pay for it.
