"I’m very disappointed with my order. I paid extra for a birthday setup that was supposed to include a white flower and a “Happy Birthday” sign, but neither item was included. On top of that, the middle bundt cake was extremely mushy and appeared to be poorly made. Because everything was already packaged in a decorative gift bag, I trusted that the order had been quality checked and didn’t inspect it before leaving I arrived well before closing time, so I’m not sure if the missing items and lack of quality control were due to the store preparing orders too quickly before closing, but this experience did not meet expectations. I specifically paid for the additional birthday decorations and expected the order to be complete and in good condition.

Taste wise, It's basically just potato soup, so don't bother. The House Wedge Salad has little or no toppings, so I'm going to have to cook bacon, chop up onions, bacon, and blue cheese tomorrow in order to make it edible. They sent plenty of dressing for THESE salads, too nas they didn't fit the Enlightened Asian Chopped Salad. I would say hard pass on both the Clam Chowder and the House Wedge Salad . Huge wastes of money. All in all, for our first visit, this was a hit or miss restaurant. If we want BJ's Brewhouse Blonde® Fish 'N' Chips or the Classic Cheeseburger* we will definitely be back, but I wouldn't bother with anything else."
