On top of that, the middle bundt cake was extremely mushy and appeared to be poorly made. Because everything was already packaged in a decorative gift bag, I trusted that the order had been quality checked and didn’t inspect it before leaving I arrived well before closing time, so I’m not sure if the missing items and lack of quality control were due to the store preparing orders too quickly before closing, but this experience did not meet expectations. I specifically paid for the additional birthday decorations and expected the order to be complete and in good condition.
