"No. 31 is AWESOME. my favorite restaurant used to be the original green papaya in downtown dallas, and everyone i went i'd get the bun with pork. since they closed/changed ownership more than 6 years ago, i've tried to find another restaurant that comes anywhere close to what green papaya served. no luck. "My favorite Pho place! Ive tried a majority of the menu and never have any complaints. The pho serving size is perfect for leftovers or if youre really hungry. The broth is always very rich and always served hot. Their vietnamese coffee is also a favorite. The only other thing i will say is that it is 10/10 but even better in person! "the beef ( Beef Noodle Soup ), although looked great while raw, was all crumbly texture when you ate it in the soup. the Fried Egg Roll - 2 Rolls were extremely greasy, and the Banh Xeo ( Vietnamese Rice Crepe ) was not even edible. the crepe itself was soaked in grease. certain parts were crispy, but they were almost a 1/4 inch thick. The crepe flavor was ok. Inside the Vietnamese Rice Crepe the "pork" was thin slices of, i guess, pork that were super hard and dry and looked like they were at least day old. The shrimp i didnt even risk trying, and the sprouts were all greased up. They did provide a lot of fresh veggies that i could have substituted i suppose, but i used them in the pho mostly. The broth itself was ok, and their fish sauces were pretty good as well. "
