"They didn't read my detailed notes at all, and didn't contact me if they were out of something as I requested. I requested 3 different common donut types (chocolate bar, plain/vanilla cake with chocolate frosting, and glazed buttermilk) and included backup options for each. I got 1 correct, and 2 totally wrong. I also paid for a $5 iced Iced Coffee just so I could get a cup of ice, because I'm out, and they didn't include that either. No one at the shop apologized, they all blamed someone or something else.
