Because of that, the restaurant apparently had to remake my entire order, which delayed it by 25–30 minutes. I don’t really understand why they had to redo everything just to remove one appetizer.
As for the food, it really wasn’t worth the price. The pasta was $35 but the portion was small, the sauce barely had any flavor, and the texture of the pasta felt stale rather than al dente. The sliders were just average — the meat wasn’t great — but still priced high. Even the fries weren’t good, which is disappointing considering they’re a basic item.
The rice cake with crab was one of the better things, but the crab was dry and the rice cake, while fried, still felt a bit stale. Even the bread wasn’t good.
Overall, the food was underwhelming for how expensive it was. I wouldn’t recommend it at this price point would not order again lol"

"Extremely disappointed with the food. Chicken was super dry. Ordered 3 whole chickens and only received one small 2 oz container of sauce. The chicken could definitely have used the moisture from the sauce. Asked for no olives on the salad and guess what, tons of olives. Spent almost $200 on a team lunch and was so disappointed!! My company has ordered food from here in the past so was expecting better. Unfortunately not the case. Will not order from here again. "

"I've been a loyal customer of this Churrasco for years. I thought I could trust their delivery service but my recent experience has left me beyond disgusted and extremely disappointed. For almost $70, I received chicken that was completely burnt. When I tried a small piece, all I could taste was charcoal. Their "roasted" potatoes were another disaster—placed in a small litre container that made them so soggy they fell apart when picked up and were extremely squishy. Nothing roasted about them. They were utterly inedible. No one should have to eat food that tastes this bad. On top of this, I requested a Ginger Ale or Iced Tea for my pop order and received two Coca Cola's. Not only was the food disgusting, the service and attention to detail were non-existent. "

"I wish there were six stars. This was delicious food. The ribs were very tasty and tender - fall off the bone and melt in your mouth special. The beans were a generous serving for a side and had a little bite to them. The beans themselves had just the right amount of "crunch" in contrast to commercially prepared tinned varieties. Brisket: A bit dry, but flavourful and satisfying.
Ribs: Clean bones, great bits of char, good smoke ring, better than a lot of Ribfest options.
Pulled Pork: Simple but flavourful, not dry at all, great leftovers I assume.
Sausage: Pretty good, solid snap, described toppings are barely there, though.
Wings: Succulent.
Sauces: Pretty samey between the three offered, but very tasty.
Mac&Cheese: Admittedly smells like feet, but tastes really good. My guess is that the smell is from the use of actual cheese
Onion rings: Nothing to write home about, but very satisfying
Fries: Thicker cut, not too crispy from transport but very well seasoned
