"Was having difficulty finding items in app so called store just after 7:45 while I was entering Door Dash order. I submitted order while iwas speaking to him after a few minutes. Subway person told me he couldnt make our subs because he had already put everything away. Didnt make sense as the store wasnt closed yet. I heard my order go through as I was speaking with him. He kept insisting he had put everything away and couldnt make the sandwiches. I suggested he should not put everything away that long before closing. He then said he couldn't cancel a $66 order or his boss would fire him. This seems to indicate he knows what he was doing was wrong by technically closing early.
He prepared our 3 subs.
All were wrong. Veggie patty cold, wrong breads, toppings mostly missing on all 3. Barely any tuna in mine. Tuna bread stale. Veggie bread wrong. All 3 missing onions, crispy onions, green peppers, cucumbers, 2 missing lettuce.
Veggie not cut in half.
EXTREMELY Unprofessional.

I haven't been to Buster's in many years and based off this order, things have gone downhill. Not worth the expense. "
