The bed of rice was perfectly cooked, with a buttery hint for flavour. There were very generous portions of lamb and chicken, seasoned generously and incredibly succulent.
I topped mine off with the white sauce and the hot sauce, which perfectly complemented the meats. "Tried this place out after my usual halal place suffered a deterioration in quality. Shah's is a top-tier restaurant not only by halal standards but for cuisine in general. Portions are great, meat is delicious (the chicken moreso, but the lamb is still tasty), they give a generous amount of hummus/chick peas/beans, and they even give you a nice surprise treat to top it all off. I've since ordered from here multiple times, it's my goto for the best halal food in town. Fantastic place!"
