It's also moist and very hot (even with delivery) since it's made fresh to order, unlike some "fast food" chow mein that is dry from sitting. I really love the thin noodles because they are my favorite, but all of the Chinese restaurants in Tracy and nearby use udon type thick noodles for their chow mein.
