Crab bites were also over cooked and hard I was sent tartar sauce instead of remoulade sauce. For the price of these dishes sad to say it definitely wasn't worth it and never received the warm bread that they would normally send. This isn't our first time ordering from here. The Ravioli Rose Bolognese is simply odd tasting....the sauce has too much cinnamon or nutmeg whatever that is is overbearing. The Chicken Parmigiana sauce lacks flavor and not enough for the noodles. The chicken was burnt so it wasnt a good flavor. This place is overpriced for what you get. My son said the Alfredo was just OK. Only giving two stars because they have great packaging and provide napkins and lots of utensils. "

I called them directly and they told me they canceled that order because they were out of a certain item. Instead of proactively, calling me to see if I wanted an exchange, they canceled. When I told them that I wanted the alternative item, they made the driver wait 30 minutes for my food, even though they told him it would only take 10 to 15 minutes. What should have been a late lunch around 2:30 turned out to be an early supper around 4 PM. We are disappointed in their customer service.

The Verde sauce is nice, tiny kick, and pleasantly fits well with the carnitas. The brownish salsa ..well..it's something. There is no need to act tough or brave with this stuff. It is extremely hot, and I learned the hard way after taking at least 1/4 a teaspoons of it that I may never feel anything again.
