"I'm in town for work, and I was reallying nervous that I wouldn't be able to find decent options that are gluten-free and vegan, but this place is a game changer.

The Vegan Eclipse Breakfast Sandwich was so incredibly satisfying. The bread was fantastic and flavorful with a perfect texture. The only thing I would change would be the ability to order it with both avocado AND vegan cheese.
