"You don't really expect excellence when you order from iHop, but I think this one must be the exception. We've had several orders from here now and everything is always hot and fresh and REALLY delicious. But I really want to talk about the way they package your order. They have containers that seem to be special built for take out, which are compartmented so that things that don't go together, like something sweet with something savory, never run into each other. It's AWESOME. I've never had an extra missed either, which seems to be par for the course with most restaurants. Their people are doing a GREAT job. Kudos!!"

The Cinnamon Rolls was hard on the bottom, like it sat in a warmer for too long. They usually put the icing in a cup on the side, instead they put it on the cinnamon roll while it was still hot and it had melted all over, making it soggy in places. It was inedible and I had to throw it away. I was really disappointed because their food is usually excellent but this order makes me reconsider getting food from them again.
