"I called the store prior to my order being packed and asked if I could get ice in a seperate cup to keep my coffee from melting and waterinf down. She let me know an extra cup was a 1$ charge. Them proceeded to tell me to order a hashbrown and she'd replace it with an extra cup for my ice. Which is insane because a hashbrown is almost 3$. My coffee is basically milk on ice and I asked for an extra shot which i wasnt given. Terrible service and customer service"
