The bread for my sub was fabulous and fresh! But, what I asked for was not right. I asked for double provolone and got what seemed like a regular portion, I didn't want lettuce- it was on there. My girlfriend ordered a pepperoni calzone. This thing was stuffed with cheese and packed with pepperoni. It was also massive. She opens the pizza box it came in- and said "this is a whole pizza" she was not disappointed.
Not only were the portions massive, but everything was freshly made and delicious.
We ordered fried dough for dessert: one order of cinnamon and one order of powdered sugar. The dough has zero fryer oil aftertaste, just delicious fried dough like my mom used to make.
Giovanni and his family have outdone themselves. This is my new go-to for Italian take out, and I haven't even tried their pizza! I'll be ordering that next."
