"I ordered the gyudon bowl with toro beef and spicy miso jalapeño shrimp, along with the takoyaki. The toro beef had a nice balance of sweet and savory flavors, and it paired surprisingly well with the spicy miso jalapeño shrimp. The heat from the shrimp complemented the slightly sweet beef perfectly, and everything came together over the white rice for a well-balanced and satisfying meal.
The takoyaki was enjoyable as well. While I was hoping for a crispier exterior, the inside was soft and fluffy, with a noticeable octopus flavor. The sweet and savory sauce on top tied everything together nicely.
Overall, I’d give the entire meal an 8.5/10. The flavors worked really well together, and with just a little more crunch on the takoyaki, it would have been even closer to a perfect meal."
