"We recieved everything, but definitely left way more to be desired. The Turkey Avocado had literally no avocado on it. The Chicken Cordon Bleu had a small strip of bacon, and the Cheesebread was rubbery and gross. The Fresh-Cut Fries were decent but they were cold and the cup was half empty. To top it off, the drinks were stuffed full of pure ice. Literally took like two drinks and the soda was all gone, yet the cups still heavy from all of the ice. Very dissapointing. If you want limp, misleading food for a high price then this is the place to go. "

Normally, we order from here for the amazingly crispy and perfectly seasoned French fries (even delivered), but our single large order for the four of us was greasy. We preheated the air fryer to about 350 and heated them for about 4 minutes and they were great! We'll order again soon - when we can save enough to order delivery AND TIP as we should - as a Rank I teacher and a machining engineer. So good, accurate delivery time, and our driver followed no-contact delivery requests. "

More bread than anything, yet somehow really soggy at the same time. We could have gotten an entire Footlong Sub with all sorts of various toppings from Subway instead, so we'll keep that in mind for next time. However, I asked for added lettuce and tomatoes and they put a few on there so that was nice of them. Given that it was DoorDash order, I wouldve expected the sub and wings to at least be in a bag, but they just had it openly sitting on top of the pizza box. The sub wrapper also had a tear in it exposing part of the sandwich which was a bit concerning given I do not know the dasher that delivered my food. "

Nice and saucy, though. They did not give us Ketchup Packets which was a bit dissappointing, as the Potato Cakes (4 ea.) were super good/crunchy, better than regular hashbrowns. Ketchup would have made them phenomenal. The Jalapeño Bites® (5 ea.) were wonderful as usual, nice and fresh. Also, they gave us extra Bronco sauce which is delicious. The shakes were extremly disappointing. Neither of our shakes got the whipped cream it is supposed to come with. Our Large Jamoca shake was 1/3 empty, and had basically no flavor, to where it seemed vanilla. The Orange Creamsicle shake was also white/hardly any flavor. The Pulled Perfect Pork sandwich was suppose to be "a classic pulled & chopped BBQ pork on a toasted bun Served with pickles, onions, and tangy bbq sauce". It came bare, and cold. There were no toppings whatsoever. The Mac and Cheese was rubbery, barely covered with tin foil, loosely place on top in the open bag , and only a small dome scoops worth. The Pulled Pork Spud was suppose to be a "Baked potato loaded with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, butter, and green onions" also as per their description. It was plain, cold pork as well. None of the included toppings we paid for and expected as part of the food were given to us. To top it off, the Fries were burnt and tasted old, barely came with any, And put into the same box as the sandwich even though it was ordered as a separate side. The Crispy Skins were even rubbery and hard. They didnt even give us any of the utensils, ie Forks, Spoons, Knifes, or Napkins even though they were Also clearly on the receipt. The food itself was on the complete opposite end of the spectrum, being so bland that you could taste more of the cheese sauce than the actual meat or vegetables. And there was so much of the cheese sauce in one of the dishes that we poured out almost an entire cup of cheese and still had more than enough of it in the dish. We gave this place a break of more than 2 years and it got.... worse? I don't know what happened but we.... not won't but CAN'T order from this place again."
