The Chow Mein was okay but ive been bigger portions from Tasty Goody in Upland. Spend $41 and got $20 worth of food. I only bought food from here because it was late and they were open. But they did give me a ton of Vegetable Egg Roll (3 Pieces) with the buy one get one free. One star because when i opened the food, it looked shrived and soggy, not fresh. "We ordered the Icy Grass Jelly (冰仙草) almost every week from the West Covina location. Unfortunately, the portion size is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes the cup is full, sometimes it's only about two-thirds full, and many times it's only half full.
At $8.50 plus additional fees, receiving only half a cup feels like a ripoff. We genuinely like this item, which is why we've continued ordering it, but the lack of consistency has become too frustrating. Customers should receive the same portion size every time they order.
