I placed my order through DoorDash as a customer, not as a driver. Because the order was taking a long time, I went to pick it up myself. When I arrived at the drive-thru, the employee initially told me I couldn’t pick up my order there because it was a DoorDash order. I explained that I had placed the order as a customer and was simply picking it up myself.
