There are time they may be out of something or short on it, and I will get a phone call about the issue. If I dont answer, they know me pretty well, and replace it with something else I like along with a hand written note on why I got a different drink, or chips. That means a lot to me, it shows that they value their customers more than just some person that they get money from. It's more like you're one of their friends and they just want to help you out. If you never been to Silvio's I say you're missing out and should definitely check them out. If you were like me, and stopped going after the family sold, get your butt back there and give them another shot like I did. You won't be disappointed"
