"Got the Bulgogi Bibimbap 불고기비빔밥. The food was good, and it was a big meal, although it arrived only mildly warm. And the meat and some of the veggies were sorta tough chewing. If I'm REALLY hungry, I could order this again; but for this particular dish, I'll probably go someplace else. Four stars mostly for the size. PLENTY of food. Two people who are only "so-so" hungry could split it and be okay. But I almost went for 3 stars for the temperature and toughness.
Bottom line: Good flavor, plenty of food, at a good price; but takes some work to chew, and in this case, it arrived lukewarm. "TheSautéed Steak Chunk with Black Pepper Sauce didn't have sauce, just a coating of pepper and other spices. The dish was superb - very tender and full of flavor. The Orange Duck (1/2) was also delicious - the sauce came separately so the duck stayed crisp. The beef Short Rib with Black Pepper appetizer was juicy and surprisingly tender. We got a huge container of nice steamed rice. All were good portions. The soy Soy Sauce Chicken is always excellent, as are the pork buns.

"The Lechon Kawali was BURNED and the rice tasted old and dry. The pieces were super tiny and nothing like the photos they posted. The Leche Flan looked like it was made a year ago. It was about a quarter inch thick and rubbery and the top looked like the over tanned, wrinkly skin of an 80 year old woman. I don't know how they could feel good about what they sent out to be a representation of what their restaurant makes cause it was GROSS. Forgot to take a pic of the lechon before I threw it out, but check out the dissected flan and judge for yourselves. Pic with my finger to show how "thick" the flan is."

Heat the broth to just shy of boiling while you assemble the other ingredients in a large bowl you can cover. (plastic wrap or a plastic bag you can twist tie will do to cover).
