"I'm an odd ball I guess. I directed to have the vinegar, actually, extra vinegar, to be put onto the inside of the bread vs putting it on top of the sandwich ingredients(It keeps the vinegar from running out and gives you a dash of vinegar in each bite), which many sub shops ignore. Not at Steak Out! Aside from the their subs, particularly 1/2# steak, the sandwiches are huge, I'm very happy how they they paid attention to their customers requests.
