"Shawarmaje used to be one of our absolute go-to spots. We ordered from them every week without even thinking about it because the food was consistently excellent, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Their shawarma sandwiches were light, flavorful, and never felt heavy, which is exactly what kept us coming back.
Over the past few months, though, something changed. The bread they’re using now just isn’t the same. It makes the sandwiches noticeably greasier and heavier, and it takes away from what used to be such a clean, satisfying bite. The flavor is still there, and the quality of the fillings is still strong, which is why it’s honestly frustrating more than anything.
They’re still one of the best in the area, no question. But that bread change has had a real impact. If they went back to what they were using before, it would immediately bring them back to being top tier without hesitation."

"it reminded me of the shawarma I used to have in lebanon. The only thing I disliked is that the sandwich has garlic sauce in it. I think its unnecessary because we get garlic sauce on the side and it makes the sandwich soggy. Mine came only with 1 slice of cucumber and 1 slice of carrot, I think at least 3 slices of each is ideal. I would recommend giving them a try if you haven't!"
