It was hard, dense, and lacked the flavor and texture we expected (the frosting was still yummy). We were all extremely disappointed. Even after the cake had completely thawed, it still did not have the same consistency as the Bundt cakes we have purchased in the past.
I honestly cannot believe Nothing Bundt Cakes freezes their cakes. YUK! At the very least, customers should be informed that certain flavors may arrive frozen so they have the option to choose something else. Had we known, we absolutely would have ordered a different flavor. This cake was $70!!
