"The food tasted delicious and looked exactly as pictured. The Belgian waffle tasted like it had a hint of cinnamon in it, which was a nice surprise. The bacon was cooked right and there were more than three strips in the order. The eggs were cooked as ordered and tasted excellent. The fresh squeezed orange juice tasted fresh and amazing!
My only issue was at pick up there was a lot of confusion with the pick up orders. I wasn't the only one who was frustrated standing around waiting for my order and when it wasn’t there after waiting 15 minutes past my pickup time. I was told to take an order that they thought was mine, but had another name on it. I got home and it definitely wasn't my order. I called and informed Alexis (Manager) of the situation and she took care of it by remaking my order promptly. Thank you Alexis for making this right and correcting it right away!
I appreciate a restaurant that handles mistakes quickly and apologizes. I know they recently opened and are still working through these types of things. I will definitely return based on my experience and the quality of the food."

"It's been a few months since we've ordered from Ham 'n Egg. We just got out of the habit. It was so good today. I get the Meat Lover's Skillet with extra eggs in it. It was perfect today: fluffy eggs, melted cheese, and the hash browns were soft not crunchy. I'll get two meals out of it. My wife got the Meat & Eggs with hash browns on the side, with extra eggs. The eggs and hash browns were perfect, once again. She'll get two meals as well. They make some of the best Biscuit in town and today they included Apple Butter! It was exquisite: soft inside, just the right level of browness on the outside, and the Apple Butter was a great addition. We also got a giant glass of Milk.
It was a great meal (or two) all around."
