"Nova Lox this is my go to order on the weekend. Einstein's is very dependable. The bagels are always fresh as is the salmon. It is never made to my desire or satisfaction, but that's something I can fix at home.
Once I get the completed sandwiches home, I dissect the entire thing and stick the bagel in the air fryer for another eight minutes to get a good proper toast on it. I want it about the color of the president's "tan" and the surface as dry as Melba toast, while the inside stays soft. I know that that waiting 10 minutes to toast one bagel isn't possible for the store and I'm perfectly happy to put that in my toaster to get it where I want it.
