"Nova Lox this is my go to order on the weekend. Einstein's is very dependable. The bagels are always fresh as is the salmon. It is never made to my desire or satisfaction, but that's something I can fix at home.
Once I get the completed sandwiches home, I dissect the entire thing and stick the bagel in the air fryer for another eight minutes to get a good proper toast on it. I want it about the color of the president's "tan" and the surface as dry as Melba toast, while the inside stays soft. I know that that waiting 10 minutes to toast one bagel isn't possible for the store and I'm perfectly happy to put that in my toaster to get it where I want it.
What's important to me is that the bagels are fresh and that the salmon is fresh. And they always are from Einstein's."
"I love Einstein bagels in general, but the delivery experience Left it lacking. The DoorDash application does not have sufficient opportunity to customize my order. The toasted bagel was barely heated, and therefore arrived soft and doughy smooshed with cream cheese the lox piled on one side like a lump of regret and was basically unsalvageable. Luckily, I had good bagels from another vendor which I was able to toast properly applied my own cream cheese Salva, the tomato and the nova and place them properly on a sandwich to enjoy.
I can get all of this if I go into the store. This is a specific problem of the ordering process. They have not customized the application to their product.
I also got a large hot coffee. The lid came off when I tried to pick it up the cup was flimsy and hot. I feel bad for the delivery driver who had to deliver it without a carrier. I hope he wasn't burnt. The coffee itself was great. All of the food was great except for the actual implementation. Will order again, but would be more deliberate about how and what I order. The Bacon, Avocado, & Tomato Egg White Sandwich was perfect with no problem."

"I just moved to land o lakes. My subdivision is a little off the map until it gets more developed so my choices are limited. I had been spoiled in north Pinellas down the east lake corridor until now. I tried this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised with the quality, fresh ingredients and amazing taste. I ordered sausage, peppers, and onions, and they were very light-handed with the toppings. Considering each topping was an additional $2, I definitely don’t feel like I got my money’s worth.
The pizza also wasn’t cut very well, so when we tried to pull the slices apart, a lot of the cheese came off. The cheese itself didn’t seem fully melted either. I had specifically requested the pizza well done, but it seemed normally baked and definitely could have used more time in the oven.
As far as the taste, it was okay. I mean, it’s pizza, so it’s pretty hard to make it completely unenjoyable. 😂 But between the skimpy toppings, the under-melted cheese, and my well-done request being missed, I don’t think I’d order from here again.
