"I think the driver had it upside down the entire time and since they stopped for another person order before dropping mine it was pretty melted. It was meant to have the yellow cake in it which is why I chose it in the first place but it basically had one piece in it and the strawberries were completely frozen. The container including the lid might be 16oz, but you only end up with 8oz-9oz of food. The spoon they provided was extremely flimsy and couldn't hold anything without bending, so make sure you have a different one if you're not eating this at home. "
