I got it with no sugar and it was the perfect amount of sweetness for me. I recommend swirling the drink to mix in the banana cream top so you get the flavor when drinking the Matcha versus having it sit on top. I think it's a 12 ounce cup, which is perfect because I would definitely drink more if it came in a larger cup.
