OUR MOST FAMOUS DESSERT HERE IN COLUMBUS! Authentic Palestinian Chnafeh/Knafeh. The top layer is crust made from a semolina flour based dough, under the delicious crunchy crust, there is a layer or decadent melted sweet white cheese. The Knafeh is sweetened with a light simple syrup and topped with lots of chopped pistachios.
You can get it by the slice or by the tray. Small tray (6 slices) Large tray (12 slices).
Recommended reheating instructions:
To heat up at home, put a slice in a microwave safe plate, top with about 1-2 tsp of simple syrup and microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese is melted again. Add more simple syrup if you like your knafeh to be on the sweeter side and enjoy!

I was craving it so bad that I paid 16 bucks for a pint of it! Rhe flavor was amazing like usual but there was only a tiny bit of frosting in it and i don't know if there were any sprinkles in it.
