On my end it showed order in process, pick up time and I was charged. Nothing on their end though. So zero stars for the DoorDash app but Five stars for Mountain Mike's Pizza because of Ben. He went ahead and prepared my order even though the app never communicated the order to them. He was very helpful and understanding. The best part was when I got home and tasted the Pizza. "I ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza and 1 order of potato wedges. I added a photo with the pizza on my stove to show how huge the pizza was. Totally unexpected, now for the taste, the sauce was really good not too thick not thin just right. The cheese was fresh and it wasn't overloaded like some places. I personally do not care for a sweet tasting pizza. This one was not. the order of potatoes was a generous portion and it came with a pkg of Ranch. plus red pepper flakes for the pizza, without having to ask. I ordered this meal on doordash and it arrived within 30 minutes. so overall I loved the pizza and the potato wedges. I would definitely recommend BIG T's pizza.
