"I ordered the brisket sandwich and was really hoping to love it. One thing I found disappointing was that I wasn’t able to add jalapeños. I did request onions, but there were only a few on the sandwich. It might be helpful to offer onions on the side or provide a more generous portion for guests who request them.
The biggest challenge for me was the BBQ sauce. I found it to be quite thin (watery), and the mustard flavor was very overpowering. I understand mustard is a common ingredient in BBQ sauce, but in this case it was the dominant flavor, making it difficult to taste the other ingredients and the brisket itself.
I appreciate that BBQ sauces are a matter of personal preference, but for my taste, the sauce took away from what could have been a really enjoyable sandwich. I wanted to like it much more than I did."

The Quesadilla was well done too! Filled generously and still piping hot when I got it. That Vinaigrette though!!! It is the best part of the whole meal! Theres some man there who sometimes has refused to let me buy it and yelled at me, but thankfully he is not there too often.
