The slaw was a fine cut, so not too much chewing required, but would like to see it finer still (it is possible). My only complaint is that every now and then one could taste the nitrites used to process the meat. I love pastrami. With a good pastrami you cannot taste the process used to cure the meat. Perhaps a taste test is called for with other brands, and then make a switch, otherwise there will be more complaints.
