I paid for doughnuts expecting the fresh quality the company is known for, but instead I was served doughnuts that were cold, stale, and tasted like they had been sitting around for far too long. They were not fresh at all and were honestly not worth the money.
There is no excuse for selling stale products to customers. If doughnuts aren’t fresh, they shouldn’t be sold. Quality control and customer satisfaction clearly need improvement at this location. I left extremely disappointed and will think twice before returning. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don’t have the same experience."
