"This particular Pita Way is inconsistent. When they do things as they should, they are fantastic. But when they don't it's very disappointing. I am a frequent purchaser of the buy one get one baby salads, The Dearborn Sandwich, pita chips and garlic. Sometimes the pita chip bags have tons of chips, other times there's barely any. Occasionally, the garlic is extraordinarily bitter and strong. Sometimes it's smooth tasting and phenomenal. They are to pack the dressings for salads separate. Sometimes they do, sometimes it's on the salad and occasionally they forget it all together. There's barely any feta on the salad. They are off and on with the garlic on the sandwich, it's missing 50% of the time. It's still one of my favorite places, when they do it properly. Even going inside the store- Staff is nice and friendly with spot-on orders. But with Doordash, it's hit or miss."

"I tried the NEW Kickin' Grilled Cheese and Creamy Tomato Soup today for a nice lunch during work. The first spoonful I had of the soup, I knew I had ordered the right thing for today. It was really flavourful and creamy, it wasn't watery. It had some chunks of tomatoes for richness but if you don't like chunks you can easily leave them out as there's only a few, the rest is so smooth. The bread wasnt as toasted I expected in the grilled cheese but the salsa verde is so good in it, it tasted great. It goes really well with the soup. The Chocolate Chip Muffie can never go wrong right? Great way to end that super yummy lunch. I just wish I could afford to get Panera more! "
