This sandwich definitely was a monster! It was packed to the brim with not only the deli and cheese but a generous amount of veggies and dressing. Having it toasted is the way to go because it added a nice crunch to the already bursting with flavors sandwich. Pickle spears top notch can't go wrong with it. The potato salad I thought was on the smaller side but it honestly filled me up perfectly and changed my opinion. The potato salad is on the sweet side so don't order it if you prefer something more tart- I loved it though! I'm going to have to try other sandwich's and their chili next."

Unlike some other restaurants that serve noodles and broth, KPOT puts the broth in its own container so you don't end up with mush by the time your food gets to you, and I am able to save it for tomorrow. The Garlic Shrimp Combo Meal was SO SO VERY DELICIOUS. The kimchi was just amazing. I absolutely LOVED it. I will be ordering my Korean food from here going forward. The Kimchi had the perfect combination of flavor and spice. I like their kimchi better than the other places I have tried, including supermarket kimchi. I have been told in the restaurant, they always put the dressing on the side when a salad is ordered. Nope. Sometimes it is and sometimes it isn't. They often forget the garlic on the Dearborn or the side of garlic purchased. Pita chips are always delicious, but the bag is inconsistently filled. It's a real bummer. Consistency matters, and this they are not. Consistently good food, but everything else is hit or miss."
"This particular Pita Way is inconsistent. When they do things as they should, they are fantastic. But when they don't it's very disappointing. I am a frequent purchaser of the buy one get one baby salads, The Dearborn Sandwich, pita chips and garlic. Sometimes the pita chip bags have tons of chips, other times there's barely any. Occasionally, the garlic is extraordinarily bitter and strong. Sometimes it's smooth tasting and phenomenal. They are to pack the dressings for salads separate. Sometimes they do, sometimes it's on the salad and occasionally they forget it all together. There's barely any feta on the salad. They are off and on with the garlic on the sandwich, it's missing 50% of the time. It's still one of my favorite places, when they do it properly. Even going inside the store- Staff is nice and friendly with spot-on orders. But with Doordash, it's hit or miss."

"This was one of the most disappointing DoorDash order I've had. The falafel sandwich was wrapped so poorly that it completely fell apart before I could eat it. The pita bread was clearly not fresh, wasn't toasted, and became soggy from the leaking salad dressing.
The fattoush salad was equally disappointing. The bowl was only half full, making it more of a side salad than an entrée-sized portion, yet priced like a full meal. To make matters worse, it didn't even include the crispy pita bread that is a basic part of a proper fattoush salad.
The packaging was terrible. The salad leaked throughout the bag, the sandwich wrap arrived wet & messy and even the napkin was soaked. Between the poor quality, tiny portion, and careless packaging, this meal was nowhere near worth the price."
