Born and raised in Texas I have had bbq from everywhere and trust me this is the best brisket I have had. They loved the pulled pork, mac&cheese. 1/4lb Smoked Turkey Breast was excellent also. The chicken and 1/2lb Jalapeño Beef Sausage was good but paled in comparison to the brisket. All I all a little pricey but worth it.
