I saw that they had a special of the Burratta Caprese. So I called in and asked if I could change the Insalata Caprese to the buratta caprese and was willing to pay any additional cost. The young gal checked and came back on the phone and said no additional charge and switched it out for me. Now that is really above and beyond.
