"Rose Garden has recently come under new ownership. The food is not the same. The menu on DD has changed. The staff is trying to work out the kinks of a new ordering system to the kitchen. I thought the kitchen staff would remain but clearly they did not. The wor wonton soup (our FAVE) is disappointedly different. More like a noodle soup with only a few wontons. We're trying to remain long time patrons but it's becoming difficult. Surly others have also noticed the changes in the food.
Note to owner; Please give your DD menu some attention. Dish titles without descriptions isn't good enough. Pictures and details are what's needed. Don't make us guess what the ingredients of the dish is. Thank you."

The Chicken & Waffle Skewers were just okay, not impressed with them, will not be ordering them again. Waffles were extra dry and, even though I love hot honey and spicy stuff, the syrup that comes with it didn't work. Would probably be better with plain maple syrup.

"Broasted chicken was burnt but tasted fine. sides were awful---we've ordered the mashed potatoes and wedges at least a dozen times and both were inedible. There was maybe a dozen wedges to equal "3" sides, undercooked and under seasoned. The mashed potato gravy was unusually sweet (it's normally your basic brown gravy) and the potatoes had that acidic sweet taste and gray color that only happens if they've been drastically overcooked for a really long time.
Biscuits and gravy not worth the time.
Overall if I'm craving Broasted chicken I may get a basic order but I'm done as far as anything else from Sterling goes."

"I used to live in the area when they first opened a couple years ago. They had 3 *massive* chicken strips for about $11. That menu item is now 5 chicken tenders for over $14, and they are each less than half the size of one chicken strip. They also got rid of the best sauce option that was like a honey chipotle. The hot honey is not nearly as flavorful and a poor replacement.
I can understand needing to pay more after a couple years, but I'm not a fan of also getting less while paying that added premium. The food was otherwise still great quality, but the shrinkflation and inflation will make me think twice about future orders."

"First of all kudos for the sealing of the food, everything was wrapped up well and stapled shut. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was so good, not too sweet and not too bitter. I went out to eat with my boyfriend & My waitress actually told me about this place & she told me to try the Half Baguette & 1 Dill Sauce Combo and how their sauce was so good and she did not lie. Im super picky with ranch but this one is just wow, the dill is the perfect touch. I could swim in it. The small size of the ranch is the exact size of wingstop ranch dip, IYKYK. & the bread was so soft with a slight flakey crust on the outside. I bet it taste so good when they're fresh and hot out the oven. Mine came cold but tbh idc it was still soft and good. as for the Egg, Bacon & Cheese sandwich I got it on a sourdough roll and it came super warm and cheesy & super loaded with everything inside. They dont skimp. t's a hefty sandwich. Next time ill probably try it on a baguette or croissant. I would order from here again. "

"I absolutely love their Hash Brown Bread with Ham & Cheese they're so so good and warm and fresh. They taste delicious. The sizes? They're huge and that's amazing, well worth the price! Everything was cooked to exact perfection. I had never had this restaurant before and neither has my husband. We decided we try a new restaurant this morning and picked this one and I have to say we were blown away by their wonderful customer service because I had to call into the restaurant to add a couple items and they were very professional and kind. I was charged nearly $9 for what appeared to be a cup, not a bowl, but a cup of soup. It may have been a portioning mistake, but the quality was the bigger issue. Instead of the usual bright, lemony broth, the soup was brown, oily, and had an unpleasant, overcooked chicken flavor. There was no noticeable lemon taste. Very disappointing.

While reasonably priced at around $3, the baklava was extremely underwhelming. It lacked the signature honey flavor and sticky texture, and instead tasted dry and stale, almost as if it had been sitting out for an extended period. Another letdown."
