"I recently had the pleasure of dining at 1693 Red Zone, and let me just say, what an experience. I ordered the honey jerk salmon plate, and from the first bite, I was in love. The salmon was cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweet and heat. The seasoning danced on my taste buds, and the honey glaze gave it a rich, mouthwatering finish.
The vegetables were fresh and seasoned just right, a beautiful complement to the main dish. My only disappointment was the portion of rice. While everything else on the plate felt generous and satisfying, the rice was noticeably scarce. I was expecting a little more to balance the plate and soak up all those amazing juices.
