I also appreciated the packaging. I initially placed the order for pickup since I was just around the corner. The chips were packaged separately from the queso in a sturdy container that prevented them from getting crushed. This small but important detail preserved their texture and ensured that everything was fresh and ready to enjoy upon arrival.
When I went inside to retrieve my order, I was struck by the relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Rather than taking the food to go as planned, I decided to stay and dine in. The ambience was laid-back and welcoming, and karaoke was just getting started, adding a fun and lively energy to the space without being overwhelming.
Overall, the Chile con queso side exceeded expectations, not just in flavor and portion size, but in presentation and atmosphere as well. It is refreshing to see a restaurant pay attention to the details that truly enhance the dining experience. Most of the Dumplins were tiny pieces (one inch or less) and the juice took up most of the room in the Togo container. Plus they didn't fill the container to the top, just to half the container size. So this did not feed more than one person really. However, it was delicious and the flavor is on point and seasoned beautifully... Just wish the "family sized bowl" was made for a family, as a main course... not a tiny side dish of broken up pieces of dumplings with no chicken pieces... Please fix the Dumpling to chicken ratio where you get mainly regular sized dumplings and a decent amount of chicken, would be perfect! Will try again if they fix these issues... Otherwise, I would not order the dumplings again... "
