"This is the best place I've ever ordered from DoorDash. Each item from every order we've made has been perfect in packaging and food quality. Everything ordered was included and packed separately when needed in order to preserve the eating experience. Even fried foods like catfish were still hot and crispy. I arrived early and told the host I had an online order and didn’t think it was ready yet. He checked and said they were still working on it and told me to sit in the lounge. I waited well past the quoted ready time, and when I went back up, I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. When I finally got the same host to check again, he found my order sitting in a bag right behind me the whole time. No one brought it to the lounge, no one called out that it was ready, and there’s no clear pickup area or signage, so it just sat there until I asked again.
Also, the menu says it comes with crispy fingerling potatoes, but what I received looked like a potato had been stepped on and then tossed into the to-go container. It wasn’t crispy at all and honestly didn’t taste good. Completely different from what’s described.
Great burger, but the pickup system needs work and the side didn’t match the menu description."
