Pork Papparedlle was dry and had very little pork. we've eaten it in person many times and it's never like this.
Cali Chicken Chop is tasty but a noticeable smaller portion than what you receive when dining in

The burger was very delicious, but the pickup process and side were a mess.
I arrived early and told the host I had an online order and didn’t think it was ready yet. He checked and said they were still working on it and told me to sit in the lounge. I waited well past the quoted ready time, and when I went back up, I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. When I finally got the same host to check again, he found my order sitting in a bag right behind me the whole time. No one brought it to the lounge, no one called out that it was ready, and there’s no clear pickup area or signage, so it just sat there until I asked again.
Also, the menu says it comes with crispy fingerling potatoes, but what I received looked like a potato had been stepped on and then tossed into the to-go container. It wasn’t crispy at all and honestly didn’t taste good. Completely different from what’s described.
Great burger, but the pickup system needs work and the side didn’t match the menu description.

Food was cold and bland. The mushrooms were chewy and almost like plastic. Probably the worst meal I have had from Sixty vines and I've dined there a lot. Will only eat there in person because clearly take out is no good.

Great food, poor mangement service.
Paid for some items that were not received, manager Brianna said she would offer some free food items on next order, when the next time to order came around she refused to honor.
