The only pieces that were "crispy" were the frozen parts- which was quite a bit. Sounds like a small difference to anyone unfamiliar with matcha, but its like the difference between gas station sushi and 5-star sushi restaraunt sushi. It is technically considered okay for matcha lattes but no self respecting cafe/coffee/tea shop would ever use it in a drink.
I only got my matcha latte here because Starbucks is having a matcha shortage and it was more expensive and lower quality and smaller and disgusting at this place.

"This is my first time trying this restaurant. The Pork and Shrimp Won Ton was delicious! The wontons burst w/flavor and soup. I bought Soup Dumplings which are quite different from the wontons but there was plenty of broth so I added them in. The Spring Rolls were tasty with a good crunch. The Braised Duck Noodle Soup was a first for me. Delicious but a definite eating hazard bc they dont debone it and the bones are splintered and sharp. I almost swallowed a bone in the broth. If you dont mind eating very carefully, I can recommend it. A thumbs up on all four dishes! Also, the portions are very generous; I could only eat about a third of everything."

The pork is so moist that al it needs is the tasty sauce they make.
