The food is always well packaged in containers that keep the food warm and prevent crushing. Each item is individually packaged, and I really respect that. The food is flavorful and well presented. I might suggest a little more salt, but I suspect they underseason and allow diners to add more to taste. I always receive the complete order, and condiments are included. "I ordered the Holstein but instead I got cookies and cream stuffed waffle there was white chocolate chips and crushed up Oreo in the middle of my waffle not the sweetened cream cheese. Also, I specifically asked for the whipped cream and strawberries on the side so the whipped cream didn't melt and make my waffle soggy because when you order a waffle to go and put it in a to go container it melts instantly, they put the strawberries and whipped cream in the same to go container, but on the side of the waffle, so my whipped cream still melted. If the restaurant doesn't have portion cups, they have plastic coffee cups they could've put my whipped cream and strawberries in. I also paid extra for extra whipped cream and I know I didn't get extra whipped cream."

"The food arrived warm which was great but from the moment I saw the bag, I noticed that the trays are smaller than expected. They are about 7 x 8 in but left and right sides each have another inch or so of unusable space so more like 7 x 6 in.
I ordered Hibachi Chicken with Side for my parents and I and Sesame Chicken with Side for my younger sister.
I tried one of her pieces of sesame chicken but had similar issues like with the hibachi chicken, it's a bit too sweet for me.
In addition, the tray I ate was probably about 20% vegetables on the chicken side including about 4 weird chilis, maybe 10 onion slivers and pieces and 3 or 4 slices of bell pepper, all but 1 undercooked for me.
The fried rice was surprisingly tasty and almost had a buttery taste. The only fault is that I would have preferred a more diverse mix vs mostly peas and carrots.
Overall, fair but definitely needs adjustments before getting a higher rating."
