The fries were soggy and the chicken was basically rubber. It was a waste of my money, probably won't order it again.

why is the price menu on doordash for zaxbys 6$ more expensive then the online menu directly from zaxbys and there's still a service fee, delivery fee ,plus tip two places of Traditional Wings & Things on here is over 50$ and on theres comes out to about 29$ why is that

tried the shrimp, not my favorite and the chicken was dry, not sure what happened this time but normally fantastic! they must just be having an off day. also didn't include my ranch 😩

Left out ALL sauces and utensils and my Chocolate Chip Cookies I'm very disappointed. It's not good to me without the tongue torch sauce. You would think they would get it right with an order over $45, but nope. It's fresh enough. The portions are good. I think this is the second time I have had a problem. I don't note if I will order again.

They need to rehire the past cooks the food rn is disappointing wings weren't reheated like they should skinny chicken that should've been replaced with new chicken was given.
